I just wanted to thank this forum for all the great information. I had six payday loans and my entire paycheck was getting wiped out in fees. After sending ACH revocation letters, the withdrawals stopped!

Where I am now:

1. Eastside Lenders - got an email saying they will consider my account PIF (I overpaid them, but for now I'm happy to be PIF)

2. Target Cash Now - agreed to settle account for remaining principal.

3. US Fast Cash - stopped debits. Haven't heard anything. I overpaid them by $417.

4. Castle Pay Day - stopped debits. Haven't heard anything. I overpaid them as well.

5. Multisource loans - I should owe $350 principal balance. I am getting calls from people saying they are going to sue me for fraud if I don't pay $850. It's unsettling, but at least the debits stopped

6. Discount Advances. I should owe $450 principle. Debits stopped, haven't gotten any response from them yet though.

I am really happy with the progress I have so far, even thought I have a ways to go. A month ago I thought I had no hope and now I feel like I can handle this! Thank you for all the great information on here! Any feedback on dealing with these lenders going forward is much appreciated!

Great news on the PIF and the settle offer for principal - remember when you are working out how to repay the principal on them that you are in control. Do not let them take payments from your account send via money order... The ones that you have overpaid and haven't heard from, may want to send them a reminder email that you are awaiting their paid in full response some will drag out have you tried to log into any of them to see what they say online on your account? The one that is threating you ignore - stay off the phone with them, send them another email reminding them that you owe principal only minus anything you already paid them, and that if they continue to call you will report to the FTC... Good Luck -- keep us posted, we are here to help in any way we can.
