Got a call on 2 of my phones from this company leaving message to let me know that I have 2 cases against me for fraud. I call back 702-534-6084 and talk to the "legal" person that tells me that they are charging me with fraud for taking a loan in 2010, and then closing the account (?!?). They wouldn't give me any details other that they have my social, my address and email... and that how they verified that was me. They would not give me their address or anything, so I hung up on them.
I called again from another number and the person that answered told me that they were BAA & Associates and when I asked for address, sent me to a guy that said that he wouldnt give me a physical or mailing address. That they didn't have to...
I know they are full of s**t but still have me shaking from being upset. The nerve of them to tell me that they can not give me their address.
Never heard of such a company and couldn't find anything on their number.
GGGRRRRRRR!!!!!


Your state AG can do a lot.....they can thru the phone companies track down the threats and find out who they are coming thu.

Buy an airhorn.....if they call, blast them.

They called again today to both phones (I didn't pick up). Their new #s are 314-925-5878.
If anyone has an address, name or fax for them, please let me know.

Soaplady, what is my state AG's Office going to do? I do not have any information from them other than bogus phone #s. No real name, address.
What should I do, other than not picking up the phone?

Stay off the darn phone!! Debts are civil, not criminal. I cannot find a good phone for them nor a company under their name located in Vegas. Report them to your state AG's office asap!!!!
