Good Afternoon -

I have defaulted on a PDL that I have with Zip19 in the amount of $1160.00.

I live in California and I am unable to repay the loan. The harrassing phone calls have (of course started). I have used the company for several years. But now I simply cannot afford to pay them. I am unemployed and can barely payment and bills right now.

I'm unsure what steps I need to take. I'm really scared of these guys making life a living hell for me.

Zip 19 is an illegal offshore lender. They cannot do anything against you...the paper you signed is worthless. Stop answering the phone, follow the link in my signature line for information on how to deal with them.

Zip19 is an illegal lender. You owe nothing more than the principal. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything because of non-payment of debt. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
