multiple payday loans in houston,tx

I have multiple payday loans that I just asked for because my wife and I bought a house and needed money for closing.

Trying to figure out if these are legal in houston,tx and if not what do i need to do to pay off prinicipal for them.

Qloot(dma financial) principal 800 interest 897%
golden valley principal 600 interest 751.81%
tlc(cash central) principal 400
Western sky principal 1500

Cash Central is legal. The other payday loan companies are illegal. Pay off the principal amount on the illegal payday loans. As far as the legal payday loans are concerned, you've to pay off the principal amount along with interest rates.
