payday installment solutions/ suggestions

I had no idea things would end up this way but i am hopeful to get them straightened out. I am not past due on anything yet, but plan on closing all accounts associated on Monday and writing letters to all of the companies. I am extremely grateful for your forum. it has empowered me to take a look at the laws in my state. (massachusetts.) My plan is to figure out what 26% interest is to all of the installment loans and offer to pay that, which is a much as the state law allows, but when i continue to figure it out, I'm thinking that I probably don't owe anymore to any company.

Don't be embarrassed. We have all been in the same boat at one point in time or another. Good News! Payday loans are illegal in MA. Means you are only morally responsible for paying back the original principal amount borrowed, nothing more, nothing less. On this site, click on forums, then click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with illegal lenders. Follow every step, do not skip.
