hello i got a payday loan in the amount of 500 dollars threw mobiloans, I'm located in nevada and sent them a revocation letter on march 7. I closed my old bank account and opened a new one threw my bank low and behold today i check my new account and they withdrew funds!!!! How could they have gotten my new account??? I know they are an illegal company but to withdraw from a new account after i sent them a revocation letter is just messed up!!! What do i do now?? HELP!!!

What email address are you using? When I was settling my loan with them all the emails were from accountservices@mobiloans.com

did you give the ACH revocation letter to your bank manager when you closed the account?that is very important as you must give the letter to the bank manager.if you did then they must return the money, but when you close the account you must give copies of the ACH revocation letter to your bank as well as the lender.

MobiLoans seems to have a habit of the left hand not telling the right hand what's going on. Even though I had a payment arrangement in place to pay the rest of the principal I was still receiving "email statements" saying I owed something different. After I complained a couple times they finally fixed that.
Congrats on successfully dealing with them.

You should immediately inform this matter to the bank. Ask the lender for the refund if you have overpaid them. But you can’t do anything if they don’t return back your money. You owe nothing more than the principal.

I live in Mississippi and I am also looking to get out of my loan through them. I havent done anything yet because I am not sure what rights I do have, but I have paid them almost 1000 dollars on a total of almost 1200 I have recieved from them and my balance is 1100. When you originally sent your revocation letter to them, did you recieve a response from them? I am worried about closing my account and then the same thing that happened to you happening to me. Please update anything that happens with your loan
