Today I found out I have a judgement on my credit from this company but I was never served a subpoena or sent a letter. How do I fight this judgement or is it a situation where I'd have to come up with the money and pay them?

You can file a motion to vacate with the court stating improper service. Be advised that your creditor is just going to turn around and sue you all over again.

You can appeal to the court to set aside the judgment. However, if the MRC Receivables can prove that you were indeed properly served, then you'll have to pay off the judgment.
