Does anyone have a link to a website that will show me if Western Sky is legal in South Carolina? I'm being told that it's not, but I want solid proof before I contact them. Or perhaps someone can tell me who to call to find out if they're legal. I'm kinda new to this whole thing and don't even know where to start. Thanks!

As they have now told you in all three of your post Western Sky - just like Plain Green are Tribal lenders not legal in any state.. You can check on: South Carolina State Board of Financial Institutions - to see if they are licensed to do business in your state if you will feel better, There is not link to show you this!!!

You don't need to create a new thread to keep asking the same question, the answer will still be the same..again Western Sky - just like Plain Green are Tribal lenders not legal in any state.

You can follow the link in my signature on how to deal with illegal lenders by OhioGal it should help...

I hope this helps.. if not maybe someone else can explain it differently to you.

Thank you, that's what I needed, to know where to find the info. I just want to be prepared when I contact them and able to tell them where I got my info because I have a feeling they're not going to make it easy for me ... based on what I've read on this site.

Thank you again!
