Hello,
I just searched the web for this company First legacy who started calling me about filing papers against me a garnishment of my check. I have no idea who these people are and they refuse to give me any info but want to verify my address which I refused to do...can they proceed with anything if this is a valid claim...they were very nasty on the phone and sounded only like bill collectors...thanks for the advise in advance.

Do you have a judgment
Do you have a judgment against you??? An outstanding PDL?? We need more information....do you owe anything that would give them cause to garnish you??
