So I sent out the letters last week and have heard back only from
Advance Me Today, its a form reply so I am not concerned. When I try to
sign in to my account with United Cash Loans this is what I see. These
are the people that I have had the longest, about 3 years. Borrowed a
total of $2800 and have paid over $8400 in the last 3 years. My current
loan was for $800 and I had only paid $720, in my letter I asked them to
take the previous interested I paid and use it to pay this loan off and
send me a refund. Now when I log in I see this:

Welcome David Perez

Balance: $1,040.00
Next Amount Due: $0.00
Next Due Date:

Breakdown of Charges
Next Principle Amount Due: $0.00

For questions regarding your account, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-279-8511.

Thanks I plan on sending them another email tomorrow. I don't know why my post was entered twice, I have seen a few double entries lately.

You might send them an email - telling them what you see when you log in and remind them that you would like all contact in writing via email so you would like to know the current status of your account that has been paid in full with them - give them the total borrowed to date with the total repaid to date and tell them that in exchange for a PIF on the account you are will to not ask for the refund due to you.
