A broker only helps you find a loan, you apply on one and they sent the info out to many... I can't find any website for Payday Mobility - if she can remember website I can try to research for you more, I am just not finding anything at all.

She is not sure of website. They called asked here questions did a 3 way call to her bank and then approved it. She got an email saying she was approved and the bank statement will say 8007205606 PDMOBILITY next yo deposit and future withdrawals. Then it stateed she would receive a payment options form through email and to use it at least 2 business days before here due date.

She did not receive any loan documents either.
If anyone has any info or knows if they are legal in North Dakota that would be great!
She borrowed $500 and has paid $1000

She just uses the payment option form through email and there is no website she can log onto.

Thank you all for your help!!! I have sent out all letters and got the ball rolling. No replies yet, but I plan to stick to my guns and only pay the ones that I have not finished paying the principle. This is such a wonderful site I have referred it to several ppl.

I have a friend that does not have computer acess all the time so We were wonderding if her payday loan is legal in the State of North Dakota?

As for Payday Mobility - I could not find anything that would lead me to believe they are legal, what I am finding is making me think they are loan broker, is she sure that they were the lender... I went back and searched the forums here and also have found nothing to say they are legal.

Yes, she is sure they are the lender.
She has a phone number and address that is in Delware.
So if it is a loan broker what does that mean?

Great plains i borrowed 500.00 paid back 468.00 but have 3 more payments of 234.00 each. The other one I have not made a payment to yet I have only had it for about 2 weeks I only get paid once a month so I have not had it withdrawn yet. I know that I am responsible for the principle amount and have no problem paying it back but a friend of mine got a loan with zip and has been having issues for over 5 months and paid almost 3 times what they borrowed. I should have did more research before getting into the mess but I do not want to end up paying to much back to a company.

Great plains i borrowed 500.00 paid back 468.00 - you owe them like $32.00

VIP - Well what ever is principal - but remember because they are illegal you set the terms on how and when - make it something you can live with...

You do not owe the amounts these companies are telling you - principal only, they are illegal loans.
