Hello forum members - I've made a PDL mess and need some advice. I have five outstanding PDLs all from internet providers:

$900 from Plain Green Loans. I've made two payments of $123
$500 from PayDayMax. I've made two payments of $99
$500 from United Cash Loans. I've paid off the principle but stuck with fees and the like. Still owe $320.
$400 from US Fast Cash. No payments made yet
$400 from Ameriloan. No payments made yet.

I'm happy to pay the principle on all these loans as soon as possible and have paid off loans from these lenders before but the fees are trapping me in a cycle I just can't seem to escape.

What are my options?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I emailed all five lenders and have received responses from Plain Green and US Fast Cash.

Plain Green has offered a repayment plan of 8 monthly payments of $96.43 to satisfy the remaining principle on my $900 loan. They also said NYS law did not apply them because...

"To further clarify your questions regarding the legality of this loan, Plain Green is organized under the laws of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy???s Indian Reservation of Montana (???Chippewa-Cree???). Plain Green is owned by the Chippewa-Cree, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Chippewa-Cree. As such, Plain Green stands as an ???Arm of the Tribe,??? in the view of the United States state and federal courts. Therefore, loans made by an arm of a sovereign Indian nation are not subject to state law. This is NOT a payday loan."

I had a previous loan with them which I repaid so I requested that the amount above the principle be applied to this loan. I will email them again reiterating my request and the fact this is an illegal loan.

US Fast Cash also responded and included this gem:

"Thank you for your correspondence regarding your account. We are disappointed that you are no longer satisfied with your loan. However, the loan agreement you entered into with US Fast Cash was and is a valid agreement, which is governed by the laws of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma, a federally recognized Indian tribe.
In addition, it has come to our attention that the form you are using for your correspondence originated from a forum on the website http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/ . Regrettably, posters on these types of forums tend to traffic in misinformation and mistruths. Often, forums of this nature advance the incorrect theory that form complaints and letters will absolve customers of the obligations set forth in the valid loan agreement entered into between the customer and US Fast Cash."

They have said I can repay the $400 in principle in a one-time payment. However, I had a previous loan of $500 from them which I paid back $800 on. I requested that the illegal $300 be applied to the current $400 principle. I will email them again restating that appropriate request.

I haven't received a response from United Cash Loans, Ameriloan, or PayDayMax yet. Kind of odd that there is no response from UCL or Ameriloan yet since it seems them and US Fast Cash are same entity.

Thanks for the help and support! I will keep everyone aprised as things procede.
