Will be using taxes to knock out - Cash 1, Cash Time and Speedy Cash..
Then just to wait and see what WS/CC finally comes up with, but not really worried about that one so much - I will eventually send them the balance on principal, legal lenders were my main concern..
And then Plain Green which I have not heard from since Dec sometime I count that as PIF and also received a PIF from Great Plains. ..

Thank you for that! Oh not going anywhere soon, I so enjoying others to get out of this mess..I have no idea what I would have done if I had not found this site! I can't say that the loans did not help us through a trying time in our lives - but I can say I am glad that we are off this spiral..

yes thank you so much for all your help as well. Its so good to find a site like this and get the help you need. We all get into situations that at the time we think is a good thing and then gets us stuck even more. People unfortunatley take advantage of others in desperate times. And I like everyone else on this site had no ideas that these loans were illegal or that anything could be done to ge out of this mess. We all took out these loans for our own reasons as a last resort. But goes to show if we all just hang in there we to can get the results we want and look forward to a payday loan free future :)
