PDL Mess

I live in Michigan and had to resort to online payday loans due to my hours at work being cut. I need to know if these loans are legal and what happens if I fail to pay or fall behind in making the payments. I'm scared ill get fired if these lenders call my job. My nerves are shot. Here's the loans I have taken.

US Fast Cash - $250

Gateway Holding - $200

Now its not much money but when I'm barely getting 30 hours a week now at work and with kids to feed every dollar counts. Thanks for your time.


Gateway Holding is illegal in most of the states. US Fast Cash is illegal too, You need to pay $250 in total to US Fast Cash and $200 to Gateway Holding. Nothing more.

USFastCash is an illegal tribal lender and Gateway Holding is an offshore illegal lender based in Nevis. You do not need to repay anything more than the original principal amount that you borrowed, no interest or finance fees. Both the posters are right. You owe nothing more than the principal. It would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
