Can anyone offer me any information on whether or not these companies will attempt to garnish my wages directly through my employer? I have already closed my bank account and opened a new one, however I have not done anything through my employer yet. Should I? Is so, how do I go about doing that? Is there a form I need?

Here are the companies I have loans through
-One Click Cash
Cash Net USA
US Fast Cash
Great Plains Lending
Plain Green Loans
Cash Yes
Quick Click Loans
Cash Call/Western Sky

Thanks Soaplady, yes I sent the email as is laid out in all the reccomendations stating wage assignement and ACH revocation as well as closed my bank account. I already feel like I have gained a little control back. Thank you!

I had a situation in MO where I was sued but had no knowledge of it. I went to the court house and sign a form that basically indicated I couldn't afford to pay the debt.

You probably signed a voluntary wage assignment...a wage garnish requires you be sued first.

Luckily you can revoke your wage assignment at any time...send them an email...

"I hereby revoke any and all wage assignments I may have signed effective immediately. "

Have you done the ACH revocation???
