Legal loans you will have to work out payment arrangements with - I had two that just froze the loan into collections and we worked out a payment arrangement. It froze the fees on those two - it depends on what you can work out.. No one on here said that you only had to pay back principal only to legal lenders that is really for illegal lenders. You are going to have to call them and see what you can work out. who are the loans with? How much borrowed?

Here is what I used for legal lenders...
"Date: 10/3/2012
Contract # XXXXXX
Dear Whomever,
I, Your Name Here - hereby revoke authorization of any and all EFT/ACH authorizations by your company to any and all of my personal bank accounts. I also revoke any and all wage assignments I may or may not have signed with your company. "

I spoke to most of them over the phone prior to sending to inform them that I had recently had fraud on my bank account and was shutting the account down and that due to the circumstances the bank and I decided that I will not be issuing out my account number any further for ACH authorization, I would be by other means. the legal ones were all OK with - I either email to where they wanted sent or faxed to them so I had a record of receipt.. and then of course followed up.

WS/CC will be the harder one to get to deal with - I have been dealing with since Oct, they aren't getting anything until they agree to my terms - they are illegal so once they agree to what I actually owe them, then we will discuss what I will pay when - but that too will be on my terms.. Ace is pretty easy to deal with I have found - don't know about Payday one.. but like I said you will more than likely need to deal with their corporate office.. The illegal ones all get told they are illegal and that you are only paying principal back minus anything already paid..

From an earlier message, my loans with Spot loan, western sky, and bottom dollar are illegal in Texas. Payday one and Ace Cash Express are the legal ones. I have only 2 payments left with Ace. I will finish those. Payday one, I am going to try to be put on a EPP. My main concern is wEstern Sky. According to them, I have another 3 years at 300.00 a month. I Borrowed 2500. I have paid back 2700.00

Thank you for your. Did you then pay the full amounts or did you just pay the principal? If I continue to pay the full amounts, I am not getting myself out of the problem I currently find myself in.
