I cannot verify the legality
I cannot verify the legality of the first 2 PDLs you mentioned. Could you help us out with links to their webpage? As for Sure Advance and Hydra Fund, they are both illegal lenders. To state it simply, your bank account has been compromised and has turned into a feeding ground for these parasites. Your best bet is to have a talk with your bank, revoke ACH in writing with the lenders and foreclose your current account and open a new one.
Refunds are more or less unlikely, especially given the fact that these lenders either have tribal affiliations or are located offshore.
