I keep getting calls from this place. The woman says her name is Max Adams. This has to be from a PDL, I had about 6 years ago. I looked up Epstein, Weinberg and Assoc. and they don't look to be on the level. Any body else heard of them?

I think this is a CA. What state do you live in? What is the name of the pdl company? Is your lender licensed in your state? How much did you borrow from them?

I can't remember the PDL name

I can't remember the PDL name...I live in Ca. It was an online PDL, I know that....probably around 400 dollars. If I send a cease and desist letter do they have to stop?
