Im in CA and I have taken out loans I am in over my head! trying to keep up told cash call Im filing 13BK but i still have cashline and cashnet USA ,do I need to inform them now or keep struggling to pay? Im a single mom who made a lot of poor decisions to help my kids and try to survive and paying for it now, I want to know if they can attach my new acct,I talked to a company called payless financial group who said they coud help but I did not sign a contract after reading your posts on here, i closed my previous acct to stop the ACH from going through at my atty request but I am worried about wage garnishments

No Im filing but I didi decide to try to pay them off and asked for a settlement ,they will let me know in a few days, I dont know if western sky is involved it originated thru cash call.

In case you just threatened to file BK in order to scare CashCall, I have a questions: Was the CashCall loan originated by Western Sky?
As for the two other loans, if you have not defaulted yet, you might want to call them and ask for the EPP.
