Help me please. I live in the state of Delaware and I have the following loans. I am going to be sending letters of ACH revocations and closing my checking account. Can I just send one generic letter to my payroll to say I DO NOT ACCEPT AN WAGE ASSIGNMENTS FROM ANYONE or do i have to list them individually. I dont want to lose my job. This is very humiliating. My wife has been unemployed for over a year and I got all these to save my house. Please advise what I can do and who is legal and illegal. I want to make payment arrangements once I know what to do.

Beachside Cash (looks overseas)
EZPAYDAY
CASHWEB
CASH CALL (sold from Western Sky Tribal)
Cashcentral (installment?)
Advanceme (looks overseas)
ACE Express(installment)

WHICH OF THESE IS ILLEGAL?
Cashcall: borrowed 2600, paid 1482.05, 1117.95 still owing.
Beachside: borrowed 1000, pd 900, 100 still owing.
Cashweb: borrowed 500 pd. 780: overpaid by 280.
EZPayday: borrowed 600, pd. 540, 60 still owing.
CashCentral: 1010 borrowed, pd. 285.15, 724.15 still owing.
AceCash: borrowed 1550, pd. 500.84, 1049 still owing.
AdvanceMe: $500 borrowed, pd. 150, 350 still owing

OK, here we go:

Cashcall: borrowed 2600, paid 1482.05, 1117.95 still owing.
Beachside: borrowed 1000, pd 900, 100 still owing.
Cashweb: borrowed 500 pd. 780: overpaid by 280.
EZPayday: borrowed 600, pd. 540, 60 still owing.
CashCentral: 1010 borrowed, pd. 285.15, 724.15 still owing.
AceCash: borrowed 1550, pd. 500.84, 1049 still owing.
AdvanceMe: $500 borrowed, pd. 150, 350 still owing.

So far, the only lender that owes you a refund at this time is Cashweb, and they owe you $280. I would definately cease all ACH transactions with them at this time and send them a cease and desist letter saying you are done.
With that being said, you technically do not have to repay your illegal lenders, but the policy of our website is to at least repay your loan principal, since you did have use of this money. The first one on this list is the mother of all illegal lenders, Western Sky/Cash Call.
So MFS, this decision will be up to you. What I did when I was in this situation was work out a payment plan that I could live with and send payment of the principal only in to the lenders via money order. But you have to do what works for you, which I respect.

Welcome! You could probably get by with one generic letter, but if it were me, I would list out every company. Depending on how big your company is, your payroll dept might be dealing with hundreds of these letters, so it would be best to be as specific as possible, imho, as it's very easy to have one fall thru the cracks. Once you send it, I would also call them back to confirm they have received the letter.
You also need to let us know the following information: how much each original loan was and how much you have actually paid back, including your rollovers. This will give us a better idea of where you actually stand.
