i have loan with cash call originated with ws. i have spoke with someone twice about a month ago and told them there would be no more payments. owed 1000.00 have paid 1900.00. i have ignored the 1000 phone calls. want me to email them about deferred payment, should i reply with email or just ignore it . thanks

Since Cash call has originated with Western Sky, so this loan is illegal. You owe principal only. Ask them for a refund as you have overpaid them. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.

If yes, stay off the phone with them... if no you still need to do.. and as far as the deferred payment - ignore I have gotten 3 in the mail.. they want you to agree to the original loan - just bumping out the last payments to cover the ones now that you have not paid...
