Question about Revoking ACH at Bank

I just gave copies of the letters to the person at the bank I was dealing with and they kept them in a file in case needed.. The best way to protect your account is to shut it down, the Revoking ACH is making sure the bank is aware you did it - so if they let anything through they are liable.
Copies of these letters need
Copies of these letters need to be given to a branch manager while you are sitting in their office. You want to actually see them put the notes into your account. When I worked at Wells Fargo, these would actually be uploaded into the system and could easily be referenced.

Wohoo, I figured out how to register, thanks to the awesome help from Jason. Ok, so as I stated I had to fax my letters in. The reason for that is that I opened my account in CA and now line in WA. BofA, eventhoug they are one of the biggest banks in the world, has no way of communication with its other branches. So if I walk into my local branch, they can see my account but cannot make any changes on it. I Can't even order a new debit card from them. So I contact the branch in CA that I opened my account in and spoke to the branch manager who gave me his fax number. I also called the customer service number and they gave me an address in Florida for the main office for customer relations. I send copies there with a signature request. My account will be closed for almost 2 weeks before I send the letters to the lenders, and I was promised that the ACH would not go through but just in case I changed banks as well.
What I did.
What I did, was I gave my bank copies of the letters I sent to the lenders. I had to fax them so I had to include a cover page.
Where did you fax them to?
Where did you fax them to? The banks main office? Does that revoke all ACH? I don't want the pdl to use one of its other operting names.
Bank
When I went to the bank to close my account, and had copies of my letters, I was told I could not close my account. I was told those were loans I agreed to pay for. So I went to another branch and just said I wanted to close my account. Some banks are very judgemental and do not want to help 'people like us'. I hope that account is never forced open!!
