Need help

The other 2 I think are illegal are

Galaxy Funding/Marketing - Took out $500 and have paid them back 3 rollovers of $125 for a total of $375
Great Plains Lending - Took out $1000 have paid back 6 payments at $136.34 for a total of $818.04

I just sent an email to Plain Green Loans on 12/26 and recieved my response today that they considered my account paid in full and was closing my account. I also went thru each and every loan I had with them and documented how much I borrowed and how much I paid back and asked them for a refund. I am assuming they did not want to give a refund and since they are operating illegally they just closed my acct and considered paid in full! I hope this helps I felt like I was drowning too and now I feel I have breathing room again and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!! GOOD LUCK

since zip cash is offshore so is galaxy.treat them any other illegal lender.

Great Plains illegal Tribal looks like you still owe them $181.96 on the principal.. I am not sure on Galaxy - I found from their site terms and conditions that they are part of Zip Cash.. could not find a location to confirm on if they are offshore. 

first please register with the forum, The store fronts and the installment with Check n Go are legal - you will want to talk to them to see what kind of payment plan you can work out.. they may need you to default on to do - but explain that you want to pay but you need a payment plan.. you will still want to revoke their ach authorizations as well -- 

I tried to register with the forum, but I never received the email with the password. Every time I try to log in they say please see email. I don't know where to go from there. I did send Plain Greens a email last week but I have not heard back from them. I will also to this with Great Plains Lending and Galaxy Funding. I guess I will have to work out some type of EPP with the other ones. I would like to take control of my money so would it we wise to close my bank account and let the legal one's go into collection? Thanks!

That means they got your email.. revoking your ACH - it is OK... I would definatly recommend revoking all ACH with them and with your bank - block your current account by shutting down due to being compromised or at least have them put it on deposit only and open a new one in no way linked to the other.. As for the ones that we know are illegal how much have you paid them back already? I would have bank secure before send much more out.. 

I just looked at my account and they had red flagged it stating that my checking account was no longer valid and to call them with a new account. Now what?
