unauthorized debit from unknown payday loan co.

I have had payday loans in the past. Yesterday when I checked my bank balance there was a debit for a company called Loan4Utoday in the amount of $30. I have not had any payday loans or applied for any in quite some time. I have no idea who or what this company is. The website says they are not a lender. I have tried repeatedly to call them and when my call becomes the 6th in line, the phone line goes dead. I tried a different approach on the phone but was only able to leave a message but never speak to someone. I have sent them emails with no answer. My bank is saying that they can not settle a dispute with a pay day loan company and myself. I believe they are referring to when I had to have an illegal payday loan company stop debiting my account some months back.
The thing is....I don't have any idea what or who this company is. And when I was applying for payday loans I would never have paid a fee to a company to find me a payday loan.
After researching a site called www.ripoffreport.com it appears they are targeting many, many people that have had a pay day loan in the past.
My questions is what can I do to try to contact this company or get my bank to help me with this fraudulent transaction. My bank makes me feel like I am in the wrong because I have had payday loans in the past.
Any suggestions?
