I applied for an online payday loan with Payment Direct Payment loan was $200.00 so the total I needed to pay back was 289.00 dollars. I have been paying on this loan since Oct. 2012 the sume of 89.00. The total payment the debit out my account is $ 534.00 and the rep I talked to stated that it is not a paydown loan I need to pay $289.00 to complete this loan even though I have paid a total of 534.00 dollars. I feel that I have completed my obligations what should I do?

Payment Direct is an illegal lender almost everywhere except for Delaware where they are licensed. Unless you live in DE, just revoke ACH in writing with your bank and your lender and tell them to mark your account PIF and return the $334 that you have overpaid. Once you are done doing all this, just file complaints against the with the AG and the FTC.
