I got a loan from Online Advance. I live in Florida. At the time I had other online payday loans and one store loan. Is Online advance legal in Florida. They have sent my account to a collection agency. Can they do that. I borrowed $500 and they want me to pay back $690.

If Online Advance is a licensed company, then you will have to pay both the principal and interest. Legal lenders can sue you or send your account to the CA if you don’t pay off the debts. You can’t do anything. In this case contact with the CA and try to set up a payment arrangement with them.

Seems to be a legal company. If Online Advance is legal in your state and you haven't paid off the loan in full, then they can send your account to the collection agency.
