help

A while back I got a loan from , well all I know is the site that was taking the money from my account ( I do not know where the papers are I had for them back in the earlier part of this year) the site on my account says ACH-A-GOV EMP WEBGOV EMP CREDIT. I stopped the payments with my back because they were charging me 125.00 interest each two weeks and only taking out 53.00 on top of the 125.00 for principal. At this time now I would like to pay them off and I did borrow 500.00 but I feel I only owe them around 350.00 at the most without all of the interest added on. I would like to make them a deal to pay them I do not know how to contact them. Do you have any suggestions for me. Thanks
