TRS

I got a nasty nasty call from someone at TRS. When I requested something in writing via US Mail she got all sorts of crazy... I told her to not call me ever again and hung up. She immediately called back and asked to speak to a supervisor or HR dept. I told her I had neither and hung up.

I cant believe these people are a legitimate CA. And the funny thing is the company she was calling in regard to I had sent an email with a repayment plan and they never responded at all. I did receive an automated email saying thank you for your payment in full. So I assume they attempted to debt my account and I dont have one.

Any advice on how to deal with this crazy woman.
