Need some reassurance

I have gotten myself into quite an ugly mess with PDL's and after reading here, I think all of them that I have out now are illegal in the state of WA. I think I am ready to take this by the horns and send out the C&D letters but to be honest, I'm really afraid of what they will say and the calls I know are sure to come. Here is what I have right now:
500 FastCash - loan $500 paid $1075
US FastCash - loan $550 paid $1275
Ameriloan - loan $300 paid $450
VIP LoanShop - loan $400 paid $720
BottomDollarPayday - loan $ 500 - paid $300
Cash Yes - loan $500 paid $300
WesternSky/CashCall - loan $2525 paid $2355.68
I guess I just need some reassurance that I am in my rights to send the cease and desist letters and put this behind me.
