WS/CC - Letter of the Day!!

Had to share,  just got this letter - now remember I borrowed from WS- $2600 with a $75.00 processing fee and paid total of $1126.53 total in payments before finding this site in Oct! Leaving a balance of $1398.47 - which I plan on eventually paying when they are done with their foolishness. Today I get a letter in the mail dated Jan 4th - Telling me that I have a total due now of $3864.87... but with an opportunity to save $10,881.50 on my CC loan - which I never had one with them, That I currently owe 44 monthly payments of $294.46 for a total of $12,956.24 -- And because the want to resolve this matter quickly they are offering me one of three options:
A lump sum of $2074. 74 which would cause me to pay them an extra $$676.27 - a 20% reduction of my current balance saving me $10, 881.50
or 8 payments of $324.18 no later than the 18th of Jan and then the 15th of each month which would save me $10,362.80
or 1 payment of $162.09 by the 18th of Jan another for the same by the 31st of Jan with continuing payments of $324.18 on the 15th of each month for the next 7 months.. which would save me supposedly $10, 362.80 -- If I don't call the office by the 18th of Jan thin this one time deal will become null and void - is that like the agreement I signed with WS... null and void due to being illegal?? I do wonder what they will offer next.. this one is interesting since The letter I have dated the 3rd, wanted to lower my interest from 135% to 89% and extend my payments out to the 1st of Feb 2017..

I got the $800 loan and they recently sent me a letter offering to take $500 (I've paid the principal off already) and write it off.  Since I've gotten rid of all the payday loans I had, I actually have the money.  I'm entertaining offering them $250 and if they accept it pay it just to get them to quit calling me.  Anyone ever try that?

LOL -- I know -- I figure I will just wait it out and see what they do next.-- I waiting to see what Waffles says... My husband says really - I said think they know they are illegal? LOL

I would simply send them a letter reminding them of what you intend to pay and reminding them that their aint shit they can do about it since they are an illegal lender.

I found it more funny that the newest offer was:

Oh I don't get any calls from them at all - I put them on C&D... And Thanks SOAPLADY - I will do that - I don't think I can possibly send them as much mail as they do me.. I get something pretty much everyday - all forwarded from our old address. I guess I am keeping the Post Office busy... LOL
