PepperCash anyone??

Does anyone have any experience with PepperCash? My husband took out a pdl with them about 9 months ago and until I closed my account they were still debiting it every two weeks. I know we have paid WAAAAY over what we borrowed. (600) I sent them an email revoking ach authorization and requesting a repayment for the overage. I haven't heard anything from them. Do you think they'll pay the overage back?

Did you send a copy of that revocation letter to your bank as well. You need to do that to successfully revoke ACH. Some people have gotten refunds out of illegal lenders like Pepper Cash although there is no sure way of telling if you will ever see a refund check.
