I just had the unfortunate experience of speaking with a Jordan at RJ Capital. He stated that his client - R J Capital bought out two payday loans that I took out. He said this was arbitration before they filed paperwork with my county courthouse which he named. I asked for a validation letter and he stated by law that they did not have to provide one to me. I also asked for an address or fax number where I could send a cease and desist letter and he said that a C and D didn't apply to them because they were not the third party, they owned the debt now since they bought it. He was very rude. also called my home number which i never used or gave out. Is he for real? I live in Pennsylvania and I am aware that payday loans are illegal. These were with Fox Enterprises and The Seven Group. They were online lenders. When i told him they were illegal which is why i had the stop payments made he said, they were not illegal. I put my information in the computer and accepted the money, etc. etc. etc. It was very unpleasant. I just wanted to know if anyone else had any experience dealing with these guys. And what should I do???? Thanks!!!!!

file police reports, and ag complaints as this bottomfeeding turd broke the law hand over fist.first off only the absolute original creditor the c&d is non-applicable.a jdb scum(which this is)is totally subject to the FDCPA.secondly PA is non-garnishment even if the debts were legal.lastly arbitration most often doesn't take place in your county courthouse.it takes place in small claims court.bottomline this piece of crap broke the law in trying to get money now you file the report and complaints and ignore their sorry ass.delete any messages you receive, and don't answer if a number is blocked/spoofed.do that knowing this is a bottomfeeding piece of crap scam.

you wasted 1400 dollars as again this place was a lawbreaking turdpile.alex was nice because you blindly paid a voice over the phone.hope you learned something from this and apply the knowledge to the next knucklescrapers that call, and most likely on this debt.never just pay a voice over the phone.
