I have 4 outstanding internet payday loans; the finance charges are being deducted from my bank account every pay period and as a result I am getting behind in my other bills such as my car, student loans etc. I have read alot on this site about these loans not being legal. At the time I took out the loans I lived and worked in CA, I now live and work in AZ. I just recently closed my bank account and opened up another one with a different bank. What should I do next? Below is a summary of the loans...

OneClick - borrowed $300 (paid to date $625)

Castle Payday Loan (Red Rock Tribal Lending) Borrowed $500 (paid to date $1301.25)

Bottom Dollar Payday Loan - borrowed $400 (paid to date $694)

My Next Pay Day - borrowed $500 (paid to date $225)

Any advice on how to get rid of these loans is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

I received an email from Castle Payday Loan (Red Rock Tribal Lending) today stating they are marking my account as paid in full!  One down; three more to go!  THANKS for all the advice given on this site!!

One Click - Tribal Illegal - owe nothing - as a matter of fact they owe you $325 refund

Castle - Tribal Illegal - owe nothing - they owe you refund of $801.25

Bottom Dollar Payday - Illegal - Off Shore - Charlestown, Nevis (West Indies) - they owe you refund of $294.00

My Next Pay Day - Tribal Illegal -- Morally owe principal only - $so owe $275..

If they have your current bank info - you will have to close and redo a new or put on deposit only - You will need to revoke your ACH authorization and wage assignments.

No problem, I am still having some issues since the down time on getting post to stick, so bear with us...

Most important lock down the bank account they have info on - If they do not have the new account info you are already one step ahead..

Hello!

Well I went to my bank and they closed my accounts and opened up new ones for me.  I also sent off emails to all 4 of the lenders, I used the letter template that was provided by SOAPLADY.  So far, I have not heard from any of them.  No phone calls and no emails.  I'm sure it is just a matter of time as they would have tried to debit my account last Friday but my account was already closed.
