I have the below loans, total amount as of night now is listed as well.

I sent an email to MB Processing and Midland Companies, I used a sample email I found on this site, basically saying these loans are illegal and I'm not required to pay them back in full.. I can show the email if you want.

1 company replied back saying basically you still owe the money, and the other company didn't reply back.

What are my options? What does anyone suggest on doing?

PayDay $310.00

reply this way.

good to know you are in delaware.however since i am not a delaware resident those laws don't apply to me.that being the case you owe me a 34.48 refund.i am not paying another cent, and am filing AG,and FTC complaints against you.

reply like that.they are illegal in every state but delaware, and know it.they trying to slick talk you.don't fall for it.

I would suggest you to send the principal amount via money order to the illegal lenders. Don't wait for their replies. Don't listen to their bunch of lies. Revoke ACH authorization after having a frank discussion with the bank.

You have to understand some things here. If you have borrowed from an illegal lender, you do not owe anything on legal grounds but from a moral standpoint, we recommend you repay only the principal, no interest, no finance charges. Could you tell us which state you reside in?

PaydayLoan Today says that they are licensed in NV and are only subject to NV laws which tells me that they are pretty much illegal. MB Processing is illegal without a doubt, morons are licensed in DE which is basically a breeding ground for illegal lenders. Global Group is just a front name for Payday Loan Yes which is an illegal offshore/tribal lender.

Thank you Anon... I haven't been able to get ANYONE to respond to me thus far! You're the ONLY one... This was my response to them...

This letter is to inform you that I am aware of the fact that the loan you issued to me, is not legal or binding in my state.

The state of Indiana requires Internet payday lenders to be licensed in the state where I reside, the state of Indiana. I have received confirmation, from the Division of Financial Institutions, that your company does NOT have a license to lend in the state of Indiana via the Internet OR "brick and mortar", IF I am mistaken I will need proof in the form of a license number so that I may verify it with Indiana Attorney General, Greg Zoeller. I am bound by the state laws where I reside. As I have no presence in your state, therefore I have no legal obligation to the 'governing laws' you may have detailed.

Be advised that as of January 23, 2013 I am revoking ANY and ALL ACH authorizations with your company from debiting any AND all of my personal accounts, per Federal law, Regulation E Section 205.10 Preauthorized transfers. I also revoke ANY and ALL wage assignments I may have signed, by you, including but not limited to; any of your affiliates, dba's, and collection agencies assigned to this account. None of the above no longer have my permission to access my accounts or impose a wage assignment.

I will only communicate to resolve this matter via email. I am requesting in writing that you do not contact my work by phone, since my workplace does not allow personal calls and doing so will be in violation of Indiana State Law and will be reported to the Indiana State Attorney's office. If you ignore this notice and attempt to contact me or any of my references via telephone, you will be ignored and any payments owed will be delayed. I am willing to pay the principle amount of the loan ($300.00) only, however, no address means NO payments, this is not negotiable. Although I am not legally required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of this loan. To date, I received a deposit of $300.00 on November 28, 2012, and have had 7 weekly withdrawals totaling $334.48 debited from my account. This results in an over-payment of $34.48. At this time I am requesting a return email acknowledging that my loan has been paid in full. Also, I would like a refund of the $34.48 over-payment. A refund check of $34.48 should be mailed to me at the address you have on file.

I am responding to the email referenced below regarding your outstanding loan with Sure Advance.
Sure Advance is a company in good standing in the State of Delaware and a fully-licensed Delaware short-term lender. Sure Advance does not do business in Indiana, but did make a cash advance to you pursuant to your request made in Delaware via the Internet. The transaction is legal and compliant under Delaware law.
Sure Advance has modeled our short term loan product to disclose all information available. This pertinent information was shared with you prior to the funding of your loan. A loan agreement was presented to you on our website in Delaware after the completion of your online application which was done on November 26, 2012.
Your outstanding balance is $271.80 which includes the principal borrowed and interest owed on the principal.
As a result of our commitment to customer service and your misunderstanding of the terms of the loan, we will accept a settlement of $100.00 on the balance owed and forgive the remainder of the balance.
Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of the settlement offer no later than Monday of next week.
I am also willing to customize a payment plan for you if you need the help. I will await your response.
Regards,
Denise

That sounds great! And stick to your guns: DO NOT pay them another cent! They will do everything to you, including giving you the "we're sending someone out to arrest you, may god have mercy on your soul" speech, but don't fall for it.
