I need help with payday loans I've gotten into a situation where we get one to pay another. These fees are taking over half my paychecks every two weeks. I live in Ohio & my loans are from cashdirectexpress & plain green loans. Anyone familiar with these and can offer some advice or help? I'm afraid of legal action be taken & I've heard of ppl being arrested for defaulting I cannot afford these anymore & I want out to give me & my family some peace of mind. Thanks in advance!

Both of your lenders are illegal. You owe principal only. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them. Visit this link and follow every step:

Both the lenders you mentioned are illegal. You need to revoke ACH in writing and send a copy of the same to your bank as well. How much have you repaid and how much did you originally borrow?

They will not be able to successfully take any legal action. They just resort to simple telephonic harassment. Just ignore them.
