C&D LETTER QUESTION

CAn i specify in a c&D letter to just contact me from one source ( us mail) i have already had a huge argument with a rep from he CA and hung up on them after they were vulgar tome on the phone. I dont want them calling anymore
Some will do mail only..
Some will do mail only...others will follow the FDCPA and completely cease the entire account. What type of debt are they collecting on??? Who is the CA??
