Regions bank revose to revoke ach for free. Stop payment $36. How do i do it for free?

Account is $30 in negative. Regions bank wants to charge me $36 to stop a ach withdraw from payday loan lender.
I did advised of federal law but they are ignoring it sayingno such thing and it will be $36 and so on.
Do i have to send my revoke letters to the bank or walk in to get this done without any fee?

You have to go in! I had Wells Fargo. You need to get your account to 0 then close it!! Borrow it from a friend if need be. Your paycheck will thank you. AFTER, you have closed your bank account, then send out those ACH revokation letters to the PDL lenders. Do not send those letters before hand. Btw, seeing that you use Regions Bank and 5/3's Bank, I think your in my state, NC, in which all the PDL's you have are illegal!!! Good luck!! Don't hesitate if ya need help. Great people on here!!
