500FastCash- HELP

I've sent 500 fast cash the ACH revocation letter. and this is there response... "this letter is being sent to you as a n offer to settle the above reference account. 500 Fast Cash is currently offering $160.00 as a settlement in full on the above noted account." wtf?? i told these guys that i want a refund of $120... i had a 600 dollar loan with them and paid them 180 4 times... a total of $720.. How do I respond to a settlement offer??
