Received an email back from White Hills Cash

So, this morning I went to the bank and went thru the headache of closing my account and opening a new one. I then sent emails to all the payday loan people stating they were not legal because they were not licensed to loan in my state of Mississippi and that I was revoking the ACH authority. I received an email back from White Hills Cash saying that they were a tribal company and as a sovereign entity they were not subject to state regulations. However, she did say that they had cleared my account and I now had a $0 balance. But she stated that I had an item in collections. What exactly does this mean for me if there is something in collections?
I would print the PIF email
I would print the PIF email and keep in a safe place for future reference, and congratulations on the first one... I am not sure how you can have a 0 balance and in collection, sounds like they can't keep track what they even just said, having the PIF email will help you if a bottomfeeder comes trying to collect...
