hello....again :).  i got a call from a guy...dont know from where cause i cant hear him very well....he was a very nice guy too saying that he now has my file and needs a payment of $325 or there will be a lawsuit and i will be taken to court....this was a loan with Hydra....i paid about $600 total....can they really sue me?? i live in new york and know theyre illegal but these voicemails are really stressing me out.

Yes i did revoke it back in December.  I sent them the letters that i found on your page.  A lot of the PDL's i had marked my file as paid in full....but Cash Yes,  USFastCash, Oneclickcash, and a couple others wont mark them paid in full - Cash yes i still owe money to but they wont take a payment from me.  I told them i will only pay the principal so they said they are just going to send me to collections .

Hydra is an illegal lender...sure they can try to take you to court but they wont...they are an offshore lender and are not licensed in any state.  Have you revoked all ACH and wage assignment rights?  Follow the link in my signature line.
