hi there i know i own the debt but are they aloud call your family? Leave there name and number and said who they are? My mom has telled them number of time i no longer live there damb ones send me there statement to my house so are they allowed call my mom number of times when they know i do not live there?
They are not allowed to call
They are not allowed to call your mother a number of times, especially when the collection agency knows you don't live there. Ask your mother to send a Cease and Desist letter to the collection agency.
