I live in the state of Maryland. How do I know whether they are illegal payday lenders or not. Qxlonline, Ameriloan, Cash Web Usa, And Cash Net USA. They are all thru the internet. I need help on how to go about paying them off....

They are causing my account to iver draft....

HELP!!!!!

Lending of payday loans is illegal in Maryland. Pay off the principal amount and avoid paying the interest rates and fees. Revoke ACH authorization. Are you sure that you've borrowed from Cash Net USA?

If it is CashnetUSA - you should still be able to revoke their ACH authorization - you will want to call their corp office and tell them that you need to work out a payment plan - usually know as an EPP - extended payment plan.. you may have to default on to do..
