I live in the state of Maryland. How do I know whether they are illegal payday lenders or not. Qxlonline, Ameriloan, Cash Web Usa, and Cash Net Usa they are all thru the internet. i need the best advice possible as to what to do next???

they are causing my account to over draft.....

Please don't create double post. Your question has already been answered in another thread.

Lending of payday loans is not legal in MD. So, you're only required to pay the principal amount. No interests or fees.

Are you confident that you've taken out a loan from Cash Net USA?

Yeah…my previous poster is right. Payday lending is prohibited in Maryland. It means all lenders are illegal in your state. You owe principal only. Close down your bank account and open a new one to stop unauthorized withdrawal. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them.
