So I live in AZ and all PDLs are illegal I saw. I am willing to pay back the principal amount but dont want to get Sued. Also if they are illegal how do they manage to stay open and running?

you asked I explained - follow the link above, PDL's are illegal in AZ - this is double illegal, due to being tribal.. How much did you borrow and how much have you paid back, if you read through forums here many have done the steps and gotten PIF's since they know that they are illegal.. Son't care how they stay open, I wish they would all fall off the face of the earth, many keep paying because have not been to this website and don't know, or are just to afraid to follow the steps in the link above.. They will try to tell you at first more than likely that they are legal and they are not a PDL, just stand your ground,, or keep paying them.. it is your choice only offering suggestion here..
