Collection on legal payday loan

I am down to my last 3 payday loans. 2 of which are illegal.
I owe $250 on the principal on one and as big a pain as they have been, they can wait. Western Sky / Cash Call are pieces of work. I paid the money back that I received from them and told them they wouldn't get any more money out of me. They quit calling but now they've got TPS calling me. It sounded very legit till the guy on the phone called me names because I asked him where he was going to be filing the case to sue me. The last one is legit, Speedy Cash. AdAstra has the account and it is showing up on my credit report. I am getting ready to handle it because I owe them the money but just wanted to see if they can put anything on my credit report because it is a payday loan they are collecting. I want to be prepared before I call them to work on the payment with them and hopefully get it removed from my credit report. Any suggestions, help, or just old plain common sense advice would be appreciated.

After sending the Cease and
After sending the Cease and Desist letter, if they are still trying to contact with you, file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
If any collection agency is
If any collection agency is contacting you in regards to your Western Sky/ Cash Call account, simply send them a cease and desist letter.
Dear TPS...
I hereby demand you cease and desist any and all contact with me and anyone assoicated with me in regards to account number __________________. You are collecting on an unlicensed, tribal payday loan...the loan in is illegal in my state and thus the paper you are collecting on is null and void.
Govern yourself accordingly...
