Has anyone dealt with SWB?

I live in PA and took out several payday loans with different online lenders.
I need to get out of this cycle and have started the process last week. Out of 8 loans, I got 1PIF, 3 settled for principal only, My cash now (I paid the principal in full already and overpaid by $ 30) completely ignored all my emails. They turned it over to CPD, and I sent them a C&D.
Mypaydayloan.com is a huge pain. I overpaid and they are threating to turn it over to an outside agency and add 40 % to the loan.
But the biggest pain is SWB.
I took out $500, but haven't paid back anything. I offered them a payment plan to pay back principal. They never responded to my emails.
Yesterday they called me at work. I told the lady that I can not take personal phone calls. She got snippy and kept asking:"Well how are going to settle this today?
I told her multiple times that I can not talk to her while at work, and she can call my cell. She said I am never available on my cell (I never received a call from them on my cell)
I finally told her that I need to end the conversation because I had a customer in front of me and then I hung up. Two minutes later she called back! I again told her the same thing and hung up.
Later I checked my cell and she had called my cell 10 minutes AFTER she harrassed me at work, and she made sure she left a voicemail.
I sent her a C&D by email and informed her that by law I can verbally request to not call me at work, and that she violated that law by calling me back a second time, and that I am going to report her.
I don't know what else to do. Why can't they be as easy as the others?
Any advive for SWB or Mypaydayloan?
Thanks
As far as the law is
As far as the law is concerned, you got a few things upside down. You need to send C&D letters in writing via CMRRR, not by email. That way you would have proof that these people received the C&D order but then chose to ignore it. You can sue them after that. Moreover, verbally requesting them to cease and desist hardly ever works, unless you are recording the calls and intend to sue them soon. On top of everything, these people are neither legal nor legit. They probably work from an offshore call center. The county cops or NACA attorneys for that matter would have a very hard time getting at them but do not let that prevent you from filing complaints with the AG and the FTC.
Here is the deal: Payday lending is illegal in PA. So basically they cannot do jack to you and therefore the general moronic harassment. If you receive your own phone at work, hang up on those slimy idiots, rinse and repeat. You can even have some fun with them as well, get creative. If you are the serious kind, have the number blocked. Ignore any calls regarding your MyPayDayLoan account and as for SWB, you are legally not bound to pay them a cent. If you wish, just repay the principal. Pay whenever you want and however much you want, no need to set up a payment plan with them.
filed complaints
So far I haven't received any calls from mypaydayloan, just about 5 emails a day, which are now going to my spam.
As far as SWB is concerned, I haven't received any calls or emails for the past two days, since I emailed my C&D.
I did file complaints with FTC and AG. We'll see what happens.
Thanks guys for all your help. This is an amazing group!
