Worried about credit protection depot

I live in PA.
So while in the process of trying to figure out what to do with my MyCashNow.com Payday loan, they transferred it to a collections agency called Credit Protection Depot.
I called Credit Protection Depot, and they are demanding I pay the entire PDL balance (principle plus crazy fees).
MyCashNow had access to my bank account, can they transfer that access to Credit Protection Depot?
Should I worry?

Mycashnow is an unlicensed lender located in Anguilla, BWI. They are not licensed in my state or any other state in the US. You are collected on a null and void contract which is not legally enforceable.

After you are done sending them the letter, please report Credit Protection Bureau to the FTC and the AG. These people even choose to ignore C&D letters so you better send them via CMRRR.
