I live in new york, and if have a few payday loans,now i am getting calls from a company named autobahn finance, has anyone heared from this company and what should i do. Is this legal. Thank you

I haven???t heard anything about this company before. Payday lending is prohibited in New York. That???s why you are liable only for the principal amount, as they are illegal lender. Close your bank account asap. Ask them for the refund, if you have paid back them more than principal. Don???t worry, illegal lender won???t be able to take any legal action against you.

My son has gotten calls from this company about a payday loan he hasn't paid off. They said they are going to take him to court. I don't have anymore information but would like to find out more about company. We live in SC.
