I received one of these forms in the mail for my deceased husband. We never shared a credit card. Should I notify them of his death, or just ignore this letter. Previously a credit company put my husbands debt on my credit report. I found out through Privacy Guard, and had it removed. I should have sued them. I want to be careful how I handle this. Thank you.

You need to inform your husband's creditors about his death. You can send a copy of the death certificate to them. Creditors may call you regarding payments. Just state that you're not responsible for the debts.
