I have been able to stop the withdrawals and the calls, but just received this in an email:
This letter is to inform you that your loan will be
charged off December 31, 2012 and assigned or sold to a 3rd party unless
acceptable arrangements are made to resolve the past due balance of $1,646.30. Please allow CashCall the opportunity to
assist you before it is too late.Your immediate attention to this matter is required.
I responded with: Please be advised that I have filed a complaint with the
FTC and the Ohio Attorney General concerning this matter and your violation of
the FCRA in reporting me to the credit bureaus.
The loan was originated with Western Sky which is an illegal
lender. Under the provisions of the law
I am only required to pay back the principal of $2525.00 which has been done.
Looking for advice on how far WS/CC will take this. Also, Experian refused to remove from my credit report. Please help as I am very concerned about this matter.
WS is illegal
Western Sky is an illegal lender. You are required to pay back them only the principal. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the principal. Close down your bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
